It was time to trade in our 10 year old Toyota Sienna for a new one. It has been such a great car, it made the decision to get another one pretty easy. Need the passanger AND storage room and AWD. Klaus showed us the new models and what each had to offer. Not much inventory on the lot for what we chose, so used brochures for final decision. Klause was able to answer all our questions and found the vehicle of our choice in transit and we had it quickly. I will say there are some features on my 2003 model that no longer exist. It is a shame and a slight to the engineer(s) who came up with them. No longer has: drawer under front passenger seat, hidden compartments in both front door armrests, hook by front passenger left leg for a small trash bag and several compartments up front that no longer exist. These were incredibly convenient and sadly missed. No reflection on Klaus, just Toyota design. Don't get rid of good features! Thanks for all your help Klaus! More

My 12 year-old Highlander finally broke down late on a Saturday night. The following Monday, Mark from the service dept. called and delivered the bad news about repairing the car. Realizing it didn't make sense to repair such an old car he made arrangements for Stan to look at the car and determine the value of the car as it sat. They gave us a reasonable trade in value. We bought a 2013 Tacoma. Stan pointed out the details of the truck and was kind and very patient with us. I've always hated the car buying process but this transaction was pain free. No haggling, no running back and forth trying to come to some agreement. I would recommend the Stevenson Toyota and Stan Hoffman. More

Painless. That's one simple way to describe my experience with Denny and Deb. I came to the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay.
