I really wasn't looking or even thinking of trading in my car for a new car when I went in to get my Corolla serviced, but when I saw the Scion xB, I knew I had to at least try it out. They were extremely bu car for a new car when I went in to get my Corolla serviced, but when I saw the Scion xB, I knew I had to at least try it out. They were extremely busy on the day I went in, but Will Douglas was amazing and perfect with helping me make the decision of trading my Corolla for the Scion. His customer service was (and still is) exceptional, and even though the place was packed with people and he had others to help out, he always made sure that I was okay and that I was being taken care of. Buying a new car is always a lengthy process, and you have to be fully invested in sitting at a dealership for a few hours, especially during a crazy holiday sale. Will Douglas and Mike Doucet handled everything very well and as efficient as they could. The finance process went very smooth and Mike worked to get me a great deal again. Even though Will had other customers, he offered to help me move objects from my old car to the new car, and went to look for boxes for me to put my belongings into for an easier move. I really appreciate everything he did for me that day. Thank you, Will and Mike! Stevinson is great because the sales people don't pressure you into doing anything you aren't comfortable with, they are truly invested and want to help you make a good decision that will work for you and your life. For me, the fundamental truth is that the interests of "dealer" and "buyer" are different, 180 degrees out of phase to be precise. Each side wants the best out of the deal. In this respect, differences among dealers are the less of the evils from my perspectives. Therefore, I don't have much to say for a dealer as an organization. I am a fair person, I only want a fair deal, paying what majority of others pay for the same things. For the employees who helped me, they have done a great job for their duties. Klaus in particular, he treated me professionally. "Professional" because while doing his best for his employer, he also did the best he could do for me within the constraints that he had to live with. I would highly recommend working with him if you want to buy a car. More
