Tony was very diligent returning Ed's calls and answering all his questions for a couple of hours in the late afternoon, which was one of the reasons we went to Stevenson. When we finally got to the dealership at 7:00, Tony showed us the different models of the Corolla, and took us out on a test drive. Tony is very knowledgeable about the Toyotas and was very good at finding the perfect car that fit our needs. Even though the hour was getting late, we never felt rushed by Tony. My wife and I took delivery on a 2013 Tacoma late last week. As our deal included a trade on a four month old car as well as an inter-dealership, inter-state transfer of our purchase, we were concerned th week. Not so under the watchful and professional guidance of Sales Manager, John Petro! From the word go, John's character and demeanor put us completely at ease. His calm and soothing approach convinced us right away that we were in good hands, and John followed through and delivered upon every single promise he made, and then some! Our Salesman, Jami Coleman worked alongside of John and brought a straightforward and enthusiastic element to the experience. Jami is a straight shooter that brings many years of expertise and experience to the table. He does not sugar coat things or play games with his customers. If you ask a straight question, you will get a straight answer from Jami, and we greatly appreciate his approach to doing business. I phoned in on the day after we took delivery and asked Jami about nitrogen being added into the tires of our new truck. I was asked whether we could come by soon so that they could take care of that for us. We stopped by the next day, a Saturday, and Jami took our truck right in for the service to be performed. Shortly thereafter, John Petro came over to me in the waiting area and asked how things were going. I explained what was taking place and he went directly back to the service department to oversee the process. Very soon thereafter, John drove our truck around to the front of the store, handed me the keys and thanked me again for bringing our business to Stevinson. Then, much to our surprise, he humbly eluded that he had also topped off our fuel tank as an apology for our inconvenience! Now that, my friends, is service above and beyond! Our experience in the finance office with Mikael Oliver was smooth and efficient as well. We qualified for an very competitive rate, and we were impressed with the variety of car care options that were presented to us. Mikael went through all of the options with us in detail and was very professional. I just cannot find the words to express how warm and hospitable the folks at Stevinson Toyota West and Scion have been to us. This is the third vehicle we've purchased from Stevinson since April of 2013, and we will not bother going elsewhere in the future. Thank you so much! More
