I went to Stevinson Toyota the weekend before I actually bought my car, just to look. I wasn't comfortable with the salesmen who tried to help me and I left. The Stevinson staff was not only genuinely courteous and thorough in addressing questions and working with our needs, but they were also very responsive and creatively resourceful. Me and my wife were in an unfortunate situation with a Toyota that we had purchased - we made the mistake of taking it to a local garage for repairs that ended up doing more damage to the car. Ultimately, we decided to take the car to Stevinson for maintenance and to repair the damage the local shop caused. The staff in the Stevinson maintenance shop worked to make a bad situation better. When it was determined that the damage was too much, they connected us with the sales department where Jeff and Marc helped to find a much better alternative solution without destroying an already battered pocket book.
