My parents and I were in the market to trade in my 2003 Audi A4 for something more economical and versatile. We tried the Rav4, the Honda CRV, a Nissan Rouge, and a Volkswagen Tiguan. Our first trip to Stevinson we met Sam and he was very friendly, knowledgable, patient, and respectful that we were not in the mood to buy that day. We visited another dealership that day that made Sam and Stevinson look like a million dollars. This dealership were much less accepting that we did not want to buy a car and it was difficult to get out of there after out test drive. We visited Denver a second time just to test drive and again contacted Sam. He helped us with another drive again it could have not been a nicer experience. When it came time that I had narrowed down my choices and I knew what I wanted, I knew that Stevinson was the right place to go and Sam was the perfect person to buy from. I purchased a 2010 Rav4 Sport, and our buying experience was relaxed, pleasant, and fair! I love my new car and working with Sam and Stevinson was a delight. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family in the future. More

My wife and I recently purchased a 2012 Certified Used Toyota Camry LE. Garrett Condra was absolutely amazing. We arrived a little later than most, but Garrett was genuinely excited about helping us even after most of his co-workers were leaving for the day. We were not able to select a vehicle that we liked according to our budget, but Garrett went the extra mile to research multiple vehicles and called me the next day with models and prices within our range. Since he had done his due diligence, my wife and I decided to visit the fairgrounds the next day. Garrett once again greeted us with the utmost professionalism and genuine desire to help. We test drove the Camry that Garrett was sure we would enjoy, and we did not look back. He was very knowledgeable and even synced my wife and my iPhones to work with the vehicle entertainment system. Upon deciding the Camry was going to be our new vehicle, he went ahead and took us down to the Stevinson Toyota West dealership a couple of miles away just to get us out of the crowd and provide us some shelter from the heat. Not only was that more comfortable for our ten-month-old daughter and us, but we got to speak to the finance manager sooner. Finally, Garrett was polite enough to help us relocate all of our belongings from our old car to our new Camry. Garrett also provided us with brand new floor mats and ensured our carseat was installed properly. The following day, we realized we had left an item in the vehicle, and when we called Garrett, he already had the item in hand. If that wasn't enough, I had a few remaining items to discuss about the vehicle, and Garrett answered his cell phone ON HIS TIME OFF! Overall, we were very impressed with the entire process, but if it wasn't for Garrett, we would have probably gone to a different dealership. "Deck" placed me in Jeff Gomez's capable hands, and I quickly decided on a used 2010 RAV4. Stevinson Toyota personnel bent over backwards to make sure I had a pleasant experience, agreeing on certain additions and exchanges, and more than adequate trade-in on my '97 RAV4. Besides a good feeling about this dealership, I also drove away in a much more refined and powerful vehicle. Lastly, I'd like to also single out Steve Serlich from the finance department - he made this transaction nearly painless - except, of course, for the writing cramps from all the signatures required. ;-) The service I received from this dealership was outstanding and that is why I rate it GREAT in all categories More
