I just want to let Stevenson Toyota know I had an awesome experience last Friday, November 30, 2012 when I purchased my new (2009 Toyota Rav 4). As a previous Rav 4 owner I knew the dependability and except experience last Friday, November 30, 2012 when I purchased my new (2009 Toyota Rav 4). As a previous Rav 4 owner I knew the dependability and exceptional quality of these vehicles. I had been looking for another Rav 4 and when I drove onto the lot and was greeted by Dan and ultimately worked with Will it was a very good experience. I knew what I wanted in a vehicle and these two individuals heard and understood my request. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. Why would I recommend Stevenson Toyota..... because of Will and Dan. Sincerely, Katie Miller More

Tony went out of his way to make sure we got just what we wanted and explained all the forms, etc. We have bought many cars in our family, and it is a great to realize that we have found a dealer we can really trust. I had done ample research on both new and used SUVs and trucks and had a good idea what I was looking for in a vehicle upgrade, but hadn't intended on purchasing a vehicle for at least another 4-6 months. trucks and had a good idea what I was looking for in a vehicle upgrade, but hadn't intended on purchasing a vehicle for at least another 4-6 months. However, as luck would have it I stumbled upon a Craigslist ad from Stevinson for the exact Toyota Tundra I was looking for -- year, color, accessories, etc. I found the full listing easily on Stevinson's website, and called the sales number to inquire about the truck. My call was routed to Sam Kozlowicz, who gave me further specifics on the truck and scheduled an appointment to meet with me that afternoon. When I arrived at Stevinson I was still unsure of my actual interest in purchasing a vehicle, but was immediately greeted by Sam, who had already pulled the truck around to be viewed. Sam was friendly and accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable about all the specifics of the Tundra. After test driving the truck and being incredibly impressed, I decided to go for it assuming the numbers penciled out to my liking. Though it took a few iterations of discussing price, financing, and trade-in value for my existing vehicle, Sam was open and honest with me about the dealership's expectations, and we were ultimately able to settle on a price that was mutually agreeable. Sam then introduced me to Steve Sertich, who was equally accommodating and did an excellent job of walking me through the specifics of all the financing options available to me. The whole process was quite the whirlwind, but incredibly seamless and stress-free, and at the end of the evening I drove home in a beautiful Truck! Sam even took time out of his day the following afternoon to greet me when I returned to Stevinson to hand over the title to the vehicle I traded in. All in all a great experience. More
Stevinson Toyota, geez, where to start. I purchased a used FJ Cruiser from Stevinson in November of 2011. I had been looking for a replacement for my worn Suburban for about 3 weeks when I saw this aweso used FJ Cruiser from Stevinson in November of 2011. I had been looking for a replacement for my worn Suburban for about 3 weeks when I saw this awesome looking FJ at Stevinson. I test drove the vehicle was impressed with everything about the vehicle. I checked vehicle reviews and found tons of positive reviews. I decided to buy from Stevinson, prior to making that decision I had already secured credit scores and an approval for financing at my credit union. The trouble started with sales where I had to haggle with them for a reasonable value on my worn but very well maintained Suburban. Next came the finance guy who told us that he would offer us the best possible deal, the process was tedious, my finance information wasn't used, and the process was drawn out so long that I finally just signed to get out of there. The deal had to be corrected later after we got out of the dealership and I secured a better rate on my own with my credit union. I came back a few days later to get the electronic key fob I requested and voiced complaints about the Toyota stereo with the bad CD player and the seat height mechanism that didn't appear to work correctly. I asked for a call back to get the things fixed, was given an excuse that my warranty wasn't in effect yet, and was promptly ignored. I returned a few months later with a bad vibration in the rear end, the vehicle had a bad rear axle seal, it was replaced under warranty. I paid for rear brakes at that time because I had planned on replacing all the brakes anyway. In October of 2012 I had a check engine light and vibration again. At this time I took the vehicle back to Stevinson since I had purchased an extended warranty and didn't want to pay the $100.00 deductible to take it elsewhere. They re-balanced my wheels to solve the vibration problem and diagnosed a bad catalytic converter on the left side. No part was available, it was ordered and I was told I would get a call on the following Tuesday to schedule. That didn't happen, I had to call back and find out that the part was there and get myself scheduled for October 11th. When I brought the vehicle in I asked the service advisor (Greg) about replacing the right side catalytic converter and to look for the cause of the burned out left catalytic converter. Neither was done. 50 days later on November 19th the check engine light is on again, the same sulphur smell in the cab and the same symptoms. I called the Stevinson service department where I am told I would be placed with Greg again since he was the original advisor. Greg assumed I would be bringing it in right away, when I told him I had to bring it in on Friday after work because I had no more vacation time left for Toyota problems he seemed put off but scheduled me for Friday anyway. When I dropped the vehicle off on Friday my initial contact with Zena was excellent and professional, Zena is a credit to Stevinson Service. I spoke with the service manager and made my concerns known, he pulled the complete vehicle history and lo and behold the catalytic converters had already been replaced once. Later I get the call and the diagnosis is, wait for it, a burned out right side catalytic converter. We have now arrived at the third set of catalytic converters on a Toyota with under 60,000 miles on it. Guess what folks, there is something wrong with the engine or fuel system because burned out cats are always a symptom of a larger problem. The service department now has the responsibility to determine the cause of the failure and not simply repeat the stupidity of treating the symptoms (burned out cats). The fact is that I will never earn enough vacation time to continue taking time off for Stevinson to "fix" Toyota problems at this rate. When I received the call on Saturday 12/1/12 the service advisor told me that: " My vehicle was ready and that his mechanic/technician person said that Toyota had a bad run of catalytic converters". When I arrived I asked the service advisor if I was really expected to believe that this particular Toyota was the recipient of two previous sets of bad catalytic converters. I asked why I should have any confidence in this repair or Stevinsons service department when the underlying cause of the problem was never found. I asked why I should trust that my FJ won't leave me stuck on the side of a mountain somewhwere. The "run of bad catalytic converters" was a lie plain and simple, either Stevinson is not capable of determining the cause of the problem due to incompetence or Stevinson simply doesn't care about its customers. At this rate its likely I'll be stranded somewhere, possibly outside of cellphone coverage, possibly in inclement or dangerous conditions. Where do I go for satisfaction? I only want my FJ repaired properly. The issue here is not with Toyota as a brand or even my FJ specifically because complicated machines do break. The issue is Stevinson people. More
If i could rank higher for customer service, I would! Buying a car can be stressful. Tony and Deb were so friendly, knowledgeable and lively. This eliminated my stress! It is obvious they enjoy their job Buying a car can be stressful. Tony and Deb were so friendly, knowledgeable and lively. This eliminated my stress! It is obvious they enjoy their job and make people happy. Tony provided valuable insight when deciding between two vehicles, took his advice and couldnt be more happy with my decision. With little experience with dealerships he guided me and made sure to help me decide what was best for me based on my comments rather than making a sale. Deb was easy to talk to and she didnt make me feel forced to include all 'add-ons' rather provided the benefits and discussed those with me to make the best decision for me. Wonderful experience and will be back when Im ready for a new car, I can guarantee you that! Thank you for the pleasant and smooth car buying experience! More

My husband had done some research on different trucks since his old one was dying a slow death. It was very important he find a good dependable truck since he uses it daily for work. The first place we since his old one was dying a slow death. It was very important he find a good dependable truck since he uses it daily for work. The first place we went was Stevinson Toyota where we met Klaus in the parking lot. He first asked what we were looking for and why. He then walked around the lot giving us details on every model and suggesting which would work best for us. Our test drive was a delight and Klaus pointed out all the features on the Toyota Tundra. We found Klaus to be professional, knowledgeable, patient and he has great sense of humor. We are honored to consider Klaus as a new friend and will definably buy our next vehicle from Klaus More
The 3 sales representatives were helpful and knowledgeable about the car we purchased. When the first salesman Larry was busy helping another customer he assigned Will to assist us. The deal did knowledgeable about the car we purchased. When the first salesman Larry was busy helping another customer he assigned Will to assist us. The deal did not go through on the first day and when we contacted Tony through online sales he was able to put together a purchase of another Avalon almost identical to the first one we looked at. The car was cleaned and put todgether just as it had been represented to us. Deb in your closing department was also helpful and very efficient. The whole transaction was a good experience and we are again happy doing business with Stevenson Toyota. More
