For my first time going to a dealership, I couldn't imagine a better sales representative to have. Kendall was easy to talk to. She wasn't overbearing and respectful of my feelings and needs during the decision of purchasing a vehicle. Because of her young age, it was easy to relate. I really appreciated her work and I think she makes a great sales associate, especially for younger customers. Although when it came to the financial decisions, which I wasn't fully satisfied with, I don't mark that against her knowing that wasn't her decision. I dealt with two other financial men and did NOT enjoy my time around them. I was miserable during the times I wasn't working with Kendall. I was also very appreciative of her personally checking in on me and how I was doing with my new car so soon after purchase (although that might be a part of her job). It felt more friendly like she wanted to do, not as if she had to because it's her job. I would recommend a friend or anyone else who may be looking for a car to buy a car from her and her only. As long as she keeps these characteristics when it comes to selling a car, it will allow anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle to have an enjoyable experience, unlike the usual, standard, stressful ones (and I'm speaking for those that are limited financially).
