I recently purchased a 2013 Highlander from Stevinson. I was dreading the ordeal of buying a new car, but it was getting to be time. I visited Stevinson several times, first while I was still considering other manufacturers, second after I had narrowed the choice down to a 4Runner or a Highlander, and a couple more times after the purchase to finalize some details. I dealt with Stan Hoffman during each visit. Mr. Hoffman did not match my profile of the dreaded car salesman. He was genuinely friendly and low-keyed. He did not use any high-pressure tactics. He was very helpful, and highly responsive to my numerous telephone and email inquiries. Stan Hoffman was a real pleasure to deal with. I would recommend him highly. More

Klaus made our car buying experience great. He was laid back, never pushy, he was patient, and able to answer all of our questions. We never felt pressured.
