His knowledge of the vehicles was impressive and knowing what I was looking for had me also test drive the Highlander which I was not considering. It definitely meets my needs for a new vehicle and the entire negotiation was handled very quickly to accommodate my schedule. As a Purchasing Manager I am often weary of sales associates and am put off by aggressive sales tactics. Jami was genuinely concerned with meeting my needs and was in no way pushy in his approach to this sale. He was kind enough to offer his cell number for use at any time and made sure that I was well taken care of and walked me through the entire car and all of its capabilities before I left with it. I was equally impressed with Marc Csentery and Bonita Bruflodt who also helped with the negotiations and paperwork. They were both efficient and personable and I enjoyed meeting with them. We purchased a Chevy HHR from him. We went back with issues with the security system that was on it and Tom was quick to help us get the issue resolved along with another minor issue as well.
