Stevinson Toyota was the best systematic dealer I have visited. The one thing I have disappointed is I could not find right sales person at first visit. He directed me to Will and reported that he would take care of me. Will was a great help and made the process extremely simple and laid-back. Will was very receptive to my tone and my urgency and was able to meet me where I was at. Will was able to accept my expectations for needing to move through the process quickly because of time constraint yet was able to thoroughly complete the process without seeming rushed. Will was also very informative and provided great feedback to any questions that my wife or I had. Will checked in with us to give us expectations of how things were going and what we could expect next in terms of time expectancies and what step was coming up next in the process. Will was also able to build rapport with us and was extremely nice. Will set us up with Deb to close things up on the financing side. Debra was quick, diligent and very prudent. Deb also worked with our time restraints but reiterated that she was not hurrying, but providing the same information in a succinct manner. Deb went over all of our options and was a great help. Working with Kendall was a pleasure! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the purchase of our 6th Toyota vehicle. I have never had such a pleasant experience buying a car before. Will was very friendly, made sure I was getting all the information I needed, and extremely helpful in getting me through the process of buyi before. I felt like he sincerely cared about me. His trainee Michael Doucet was also very nice and was able to answer any questions I asked him. When they referred me to Michael Doucet to take care of the financing part they walked me upstairs and waited with me until it was time for me to fill out the paperwork with Michael Doucet. Michael was also friendly and thorough and before I knew it, I was done. The building was very clean and the seating areas were comfortable. I can honestly say that I had a lot of fun buying my car.
