After finding out I was charged for a service that never happened. It caused the 4wd in my FJ to stop working. I was given the run around for a while. With recommendations to fix the vehicle, that ended up happened. It caused the 4wd in my FJ to stop working. I was given the run around for a while. I ended up taking the vehicle to a different mechanic, who was able to correctly diagnose the problem, and it was related to the front diff never been serviced (even though I was charged for it). I was able to talk to the Customer Relations staff, and the service manager and was able to get the charged service, that never happened, reimbursed. I was happy to see that Stevenson was willing to accept their mistake, and willing to do something to make it right. More

While we waited for our vehicle to be ready, Joe was wonderful to regularly keep me posted, and was welcoming to any phone calls I may have for him during that time as well.
