Adam made the experience of purchasing a new car a pleasure. While that may seem like a bunch of P.C. generalities, his personable and laid back personality where much welcomed. We went to 3 other dealerships. Adam's personality and salesmanship were superior to the other salesman we encountered. He wasn't insulting to us or in our faces. He was respectful and he made it clear that he was willing to help us. I appreciated his willingness to listen and work with us to come to a deal. After we closed the deal he hung out with us and gave a demo of the car reviewing the features. That was awesome and made us feel like we were not just a stat on a sales report. Also the gentleman in finance was great. He made our experience signing our paperwork very easy to understand and FAST! Thank you. More dealers should provide these types of experiences. More

I got a fair deal but was very much expecting to be hit on the back end with added warranty stuff, undercoating, and all sorts of stuff that I have been hit with at other dealerships. Adam Stevenson was learning the ropes of the business and took care of the paperwork when I went to the dealership. The dealership is beautiful, clean, and very well laid out. Adam was friendly and prompt. The paperwork was all ready to go when I arrived. The best part of all of this: there was no high pressure nonsense. I met Denny, he was very friendly. There was never any point where I was being pushed into additional warranties, add ons etc. The deal went as exactly as we agreed upon. I went to finance and met Jay Kramer. Again, very friendly, professional and easy to work with. The paperwork was done quickly, no attempts were made to add anything into the paperwork that wasn't agreed upon. It went super fast. Bottom line: the folks at Stevenson Toyota west were fair, honest, friendly, and fast! I was completely done with the deal in under 1 hour! I won't ever buy another Toyota or scion from anyone else but here. 5 stars all the way!!! More

Test drove many different cars on Saturday. Our last visit was to Stevinson Toyota West. Jami met us at the door and quickly zeroed in on what our needs were. But the knowledge and quality of the cars and the dealership (my wife had had her Toyota serviced there) really stood out. I did my homework and discussed with my wife and I went back Tuesday to buy. Jamie and I hammered out a deal effortlessly and I drove off that night. We will be back when its time for my wife's next vehicle. More

I went to Stevinson's to try and buy my first car. I had never purchased a car on my own, and was quite nervous. Klaus was there to help me through the entire process. After I decided to purchase a car, Klaus and Deb helped me work through the paperwork and financing. I was able to leave Stevinson's feeling confident in my purchase. A few days after my purchase, both Klaus and Deb have followed up to make sure that I am still enjoying my purchase and that everything is still going smoothly! KLAUS IN THE HOUSE!!!!! Klaus gets kudos from me and my wife! Our first visit with Klaus was about 6 months ago but the timing was not right for us to buy a car and I told Klaus we would be back. We spent over an hour with him testing and questioning him, then said we have to wait. He never showed any attitude! Second time around we called Klaus for our new vehicle and when my wife called, he remembered her name and mine. That meant a lot to us. We were undecided on a new Highlander, a RAV4, and thought about a new Venza too. We took the RAV4 for another test drive and Klaus actually let us drive the Venza home to see if it would fit in our garage!! Klaus answered every question I threw at him and more. We were in and out after test driving in about 2 hours!! Klaus did not pressure us at any time. He was very calm and well mannered, he knew his vehicles and was very polite! I will recommend others to Klaus for a low pressure, quick, and great deal!! I give Klaus an A++ for a wonderful stress-less experience. Thank You Klaus!!!!!
