Best experience I have ever had purchasing a car! Tony and Kevin were both available, honest, helpful, offered suggestions, and I never felt rushed (I was the one rushing!) or pressured. They did a great job of explaining everything I needed to know about what seemed at first to be complicated with the navigation and radio system. They took their time showing me how to operate and really went the extra nine yards to make sure I understood.... and they accomodated my busy schedule. I feel comfortable using all the features now, but know if I have a question, they are available for me. They have said many times that they are available for further questions and to stop by any time for help or questions. I will recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a car. Sam, the salesman was excellent. He showed us numerous vehicles and encouraged us to test drive a few. We found exactly what we were looking for, a Scion Xb. The amount of time spent at the dealership completing the paperwork was a bit lengthy. However, after a few days of having the Xb, I was disappointed at the maintenance performed to the vehicle. The in-dash external thermometer was inoperable. Furthermore, the Vehicle Stability Control does not work, and the front driver's side tire and housing make a distinct loud, but low awkward sound, and rattles. I understand a used vehicle has normal wear and tear, but I am skeptical about the attention to detail, or lack thereof, considering my Xb is "Scioin Certified Used." The dealership on the other hand, is immaculate. The staff is friendly, and very helpful, and Sam will treat you like family. If you want to buy a vehicle at Stevinson Toyota West, don't waste your time, and ask for Sam! More

My experience at Stevinson Toyota West and working with Klaus Drah in particular was excellent. Klaus was consistently professional, courteous, and always made me feel right at home. He knew at our first meeting back in April that I wasn’t in a rush to close the deal but I simply needed to do my due diligence in finding the right car for me. Klaus helped me navigate through the choices in a very laid back approach that appealed to me. Bottom line: Nice style, great representative and customer service. Tony Salazar and Debbie King assisted too by providing a quick, but thorough and informative financial transaction but it was Klaus who made my overall purchase very unique and pleasant. There have been a few very small problems with it (it is used after all) but those were quickly worked out by Stevinson's service department. So at this point I am very happy with my used, but new, SUV and will definitely use Stevinson's services in the future! More

Experience with Stevinson was good. Will Douglas is a good guy with a friendly demeanor. I arrived at service at my appointment time and was told by the service man that he couldn't take the car until I went up to finance to get the work started. With my ride waiting, I had to go into the building, up the stairs to finance and find someone to help me. Same when I came back to pick up the vehicle. I had to go inside and up the stairs to finance to get my keys after waiting in line at the service desk. This was a small hassle that would seemed easy for Stevinson to solve; I would have preferred if their internal business functions were invisible to me. More
