I purchased a 08 sequoia certified by stevinson in june. At the time of purchase Stan and I noticed deep gauges and 2 dents in roof, paint pealing off roof rack, a shimmy in steering wheel, stains on carpet At the time of purchase Stan and I noticed deep gauges and 2 dents in roof, paint pealing off roof rack, a shimmy in steering wheel, stains on carpets and a whistling sound while driving 70mph(due to loose underwheel well piece). We discussed this and I was promised that these issues would be addressed asap....in addition to a shimmy in steering wheel and an issue with wheel well plastic. I am now 4 months out from purchase date and am getting the run around. Stan keeps reassuring me it will be "taken care of", it has not. Multiple voice mails and urging sales management to respond or even take my calls fall on deaf ears. I am a physician in the denver area and I am encouraging everyone I know that stevinson is a typical used car dealership. Selling me a bill of goods and renigging after the paperwork signed. This consitiutes a breach of contract and fraud. The contract for certified toyota clearly states that this vehicle should have had all these things completed prior to delivery of vehicle. Perhaps I was naive to accept the vehicle without all items taken care of, but they seemed reputable. I was mistaken and taken in. More
I visited the Toyota West dealership looking for a Certified Avalon. One was available which I test drove working with Sam Kozlowicz. Because it was out of my price range he suggested a Camry (my cu Certified Avalon. One was available which I test drove working with Sam Kozlowicz. Because it was out of my price range he suggested a Camry (my current car) that was available also. I chose neither one that day. A month later I called Sam to discuss my findings of Avalons on the internet. One in particular fit my budget. He was kind enough to call dealership (toyota east) and speak to salesman whom I met with that evening. I did buy the car. The next day Sam follwed up with me to make sure all went well. I had discovered a couple of issues on my drive home that evening with the new car and discussed them with Sam. He took it upon himself to contact the salesman for me and to get things taken care of. He is polite and has an excellent business demeanor. I think it is very refreshing to deal with a salesman that can work with a female buyer as Sam has done. I will look forward to doing business with Sam again and recommend him to my friends. More

Klaus was aware of us from the moment we walked in the door (at 8:30pm on a Thursday night). He wasn't ever overly pushy or talkative, but was always there to offer help and information. Klaus took the time with us and never made us feel like we were staying beyond closing time. Even though the purchase was for my husband, Klaus was engaging to both of us. He made sure we were both tracking together. He showed us the benefits of both used and new. We left that night feeling educated and valued. We went home and continued to do our research (features and other dealer offerings). Klaus called me on Friday morning as a simple check-in call to see how we were doing and to see if we had further questions. He had listened to our situation and understood what we needed. He explained that he also had done some research just as we would - checking Carmax and KBB. This was great to know that he put extra time into our experience and also wasn't worried about checking other dealers. I said I would try to get my husband to take a lunch break to stop by today. We were able to do so. Klaus had easily tangible sources printed up for us to look at (KBB pricing of our trade in, the 2 other vehicles we were looking at from Carmax) but the step that Klaus took further was that he had thoughtfully examined the other vehicles and explained the benefit of Carmax vs. Stevison. Klaus made it easy to want to further our transaction. He was a class act through it all. We knew this transaction would not go back and forth. We knew what we needed to get and wanted to pay. Klaus worked hard to get that deal for us. The sales manager, John, had to get involved for a few minutes but all was simply worked through. We feel great about the purchase and are LOVING our 4Runner. Klaus assured us that any of our future needs will be handled with as much care and the "Klaus experience"! It should also be noted that Jay Kramer was also very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He made the paperwork easy to understand and quick. He sent us off with all the pertinent info to refer to in the future when needed. Jay also offered the personal touch of seeing that I am pregnant and offered a recommendation for baby pics. It's small things like that, that make you feel like they are taking the time to welcome us to the Toyota family. More
The whole process was pretty easy. I've never owned a new vehicle before and have also never owned a Toyota before. I need a reliable truck to conduct my woodworking business and the Tundra has been a g new vehicle before and have also never owned a Toyota before. Sam is a very down to earth guy and is a genuinely good guy, not your stereotypical salesperson. Thanks to you and the rest of the staff for a positive experience. More

They allowed us ample opportunity to drive the vehicle and even take it for a couple hours alone. The were creative in finding a vehicle in my price range and with my needed features. Denny is very clear and concise. He is very knowledgable. He will take all the time you need to explain the features and show you how and why they work etc. My only issue is that I felt there was about another one thousand dollars available in the price / trade. So I paid a little more than I had planned. More
