This is my second experience with a Stevinson Dealership, having purchased from Stevinson Lexus two years ago. As I expected this was every bit as positive an experience as before. We left the new Seq. at the dealership for several weeks after the purchase because of travel plans. Denny actually arranged to have us picked up at the airport upon our arrival home. He then spent a good hour and half making sure we understood every aspect of the new car. I would return to Stevinson's and Denny for my next car. More

Tony made my car buying experience very easy and uncomplicated. I called him up told him that I needed to trade in the car that I purchased from him last year and when I went to the dealer the next uncomplicated. I called him up told him that I needed to trade in the car that I purchased from him last year and when I went to the dealer the next day all of the paperwork was already in process. The only thing I had to do was pick which car that I wanted. I was in and out in about 2 hours. I was not pressured to add any additional items to the vehicle when I went to finalize the paperwork. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience. I will definitely make my next purchase from Tony and the team at Stevenson . More
Adam Starbuck was very informative, patient (I spent almost an entire day at the dealer), and pleasant throughout the process. I had called the night before to give specifications to the type of car that I was looking for, my budget, and the desired monthly payments on such car. I set an appointment to meet with him first hour on the following day and he was very accomodating. When I arrived at the dealer he had pre-selected and pulled out the cars that he beleived would be of interest to me, according to my specifications, he showed them, provided information, we test drove them, and proceeded to negotiate price and financing options. I never felt pressured or pushed by Adam to buy the car, as it often happens with car salesmen. He provided good customer service throughout the buying process, from offering some food and drinks to explaining every imaginable feature that the car has, once the deal was already sealed. More
When I first came into the dealership Adam immediately greeted me. I had my 91 year old friend with me. He is very fragile and has a walker. Adam immediatly got a place close for him to sit down. I asked him if he could go and get a car like we wanted and bring it up close so I could get my friend out to see it. Adam went and got the car and then proceeded to help me get my friend out. He also brought a chair outside so that he could sit down, as he cannot stand very long with the walker. Whenever I called him he responded immediately. He also spent a lot of time with me showing me how all of the features work. I would definitely tell all of my friends and family to ask for him. He was GREAT! More
My husband and I came in to test drive a Prius. We brought my acoustic bass as it is a requirement that the instrument fit easily in to whatever vehicle I have. Klaus LISTENED to our requirements, understood our priorities and worked to satisfy us. He succeeded. Klaus is knowledgeable, answered our questions, and, if he did not know the answer, he provided it in a very timely manner. He treated us with respect, while exhibiting a good sense of humor and was very friendly. He was diligent and patient, not pushy and did what he could to get us a good deal. Klaus provided great follow up. I mean, what salesman actually gives his cell phone number to his client and says to call him if you have any problems, issues or questions? Please note, we came in to TEST DRIVE a Prius. We walked away with the PURCHASE of a new Prius. There is no question that I will refer Klaus; in fact, I already have. More

This was my first experience buying a car (especially a NEW car) from a dealership. Although I was a little worried I would feel pressured into buying, it was obvious once we arrived on the lot that this w NEW car) from a dealership. Although I was a little worried I would feel pressured into buying, it was obvious once we arrived on the lot that this would not be the case. We had plenty of time to look and observe trucks before finding Sam who turned out to be a tremendous help and a pleasure to work with. Sam helped us with locating the exact truck that fit our requirements (long beds are hard to find!), test driving it, initiated and closed our trade in deal, aided us in working with the parts department for our accessories, and walked us through the basic finance process. Overall, we ended up being at the dealership for most of the day (thanks to all my questions and clarifications) and it impressed me that it was obvious Sam was willing to work with us for as long as it took to make sure we were getting the deal we were looking for. He was great about patiently answering my many questions and providing white glove service from walking us around to different departments to making sure our truck was spotless and perfect by the time I left with it. I have called him since the deal with additional questions or accessory needs and he has always been timely and over-the-top accommodating when helping me (they even took care of a rental car for me while my truck was getting accessories added for the better part of a day). We also worked with Jay in finance who also helped to make closing the deal super easy. We were very happy with the rate/lender he helped us finance with and was very flexible in working with us on a unique relocation/registration situation. He was also very honest and upfront about the additional packages he thought were or weren't appropriate for our needs. I never felt oversold or pressured throughout the entire financing process which was a huge relief. Overall, between Sam's sales experience and Jay's finance help, what could have been a stressful day ended up being a very exciting and fun afternoon--just how buying a new car experience should be. On top of being treated "like royalty", the drinks and snacks were awesome, the dealership was sparkling, the inventory was large, the discounts they applied were generous, and everyone was SUPER friendly. Although I have a feeling my truck will last close to forever, if & when I have additional needs for it, I will go back to Stevinson Toyota West in Lakewood in a heartbeat. More

I asked to see the numbers on a BRZ (would have to order it so no instant sale for them) and the salesman immediately said "Why, you going to order one tonight" and the honest answer was it's very likely, but he had already lost my business. I continued to talk with him and be treated worse and worse, I was amazed by how rude he was to us. The positive way I was treated is why I bought this car from Stevenson. Good service does not necessarily guarantee a sale, but bad service guarantees you won't get my dollar. Thanks for making it an easy decision to buy this car. More
