I've purchased my first 2 brand new Scions (tC and FR-s) in 2008 and 2013. I personally wouldn't turn to another auto dealership other than Stevison Toyota West. The customer service in the Stevison Toyota West facility is second to none. I'm the type of individual that will continue to bug for quality and quality is what you get at this dealership. I was greeted by a manager, financial advisors, sales individuals and all had great personalities. It wasn't the typical "Here's the paperwork, fill it out" and be on your way. There was great conversation about family, laughs over jokes, and a huge congratulation as I purchased my new car. Now that I remember there were two sales people sending me off as I left the dealership. I also received a call two days later to see how I liked my car and if there was anything I needed from the dealership. William Douglas was a "no hassle" salesman. As long as I live here I will travel 2.5 hours to purchase a car when I do! Thanks for the great (excellent) customer service! More

I came into this dealership looking for a used Toyota Tacoma. I was looking for a very specific truck. He showed me many different used trucks and then introduced me to the new Tacoma. From the minute we walked in we felt that there was a genuine interest in providing the car that we were looking for. Alan Burris hadd the cars ready for us that we wanted to test drive and when we switc genuine interest in providing the car that we were looking for. Even though we weren't ready to buy after he had spent 3 hours with us Alan was very pleasant without a hint of annoyance. We told him we were going to think on the decision for the night and he was very open to allowing that to happen. There was no heavy handed tactics and it's a good thing because that would have been a deal breaker for me. When we came by the next day everything went incrediblt smoothly despite the fact that they had to get my vehicle from across town. Alan personally went and picked it up, made sure that it was detailed and ready for me when I got there to take possiession of my new vehicle. It really was a pleasant experience much unlike the last time I bought a new vehicle from another dealer. More

However, walking in to Stevison and meeting with Hoang and Klaus changed my mind completely. Ofcourse no one likes to deal with the financing part which took awhile, but it was a Saturday at the end of the month (expected to be busy). Hoang worked with us and didn't push or make us feel pressured. Klaus took the time to have the vehicles ready that we wanted to look at and answered all of our questions. Hoang and Klaus are a great team and fantastic associates who helped our family purchase a vehicle that will be loved! More
