I asked for a salesperson at the reception desk and Sam K. came over and introduced himself. I knew from the start that we would get along just fine. Sam showed me what he had, I picked the color that I liked and from there it all went smooth. He knows the Toyota product very well and took the time to explain all the features to me till I felt comfortable with the car. He was very polite and sincere as well as John Gentry who was awsome to work with, and came over to thank me for my business. Sam called me the next day to make sure I didn't have any questions. I think that's going the extra step in customer service. This is my first time dealing with Stevinson Toyota, and will recomend my friends and family to Sam and Stevinson. Adam was so great and was really helpful on getting me a great price for my car. He wasn't tense at all, and wasn't like all the other greedy sales people I have met before. I was in a Really tough Situation as I originally brought in my 2005 Tacoma to be worked on, found out there were major issues with the drive train. After looking at several car types and price ranges, I decided on a Toyota Camry. Following that decision, I went to several dealers as well as seeking Internet pricing on common options and color. Most dealers were friendly and not too aggressive. My goal was not to suggest an unrealistic price, but one that felt like a reasonable starting point from which to arrive at a price. My representative at Stevenson Toyota West (Steve Wilkie) was outstanding in providing a casual approach yet one that let me know that Stevenson Toyota would work with me on price and good service. I test drove the car I was interested in three times (no problem) but kept my options open. This did not change Steve's attitude or friendliness when I would call back to check-in. In making an offer, I actually did it on a phone call (unusual in getting a response) and received a confirmation of acceptance back that day. Being a bit concerned about a change in terms when I went to pick up the car, I found myself dealing with a “no pressure” closing and not a change in price. I actually suggested a lower tax rate based on previous experience, to which they accommodated. Again, there were offers for options/warranties etc., but no high pressure. In conclusion, my experience with Steve Wilkie and Stevenson Toyota West was low-key, professional, and very much what I had hoped for in buying a car. My recommendation… give Stevenson Toyota West a try, and ask for Steve Wilkie. ALLEN More

I had a great experience turning in my used 4Runner and purchasing a new Rav4. Tony and Will were both excellent in responding to my inquiries, walking us through the process, negotiating a fair deal, and purchasing a new Rav4. Ray did a great job providing us all that we needed while looking for and testing the vehicle that we came to see. As a family with a small baby, he was considerate of the time it takes us to get car seats, looking for and testing the vehicle that we came to see. The temp outside was over 90 degrees and Ray made sure that the vehicle was outside the door and cool before the test drive and before we left with our new truck.
