In the past, buying a new car, or pre owned, has been a long tedious task. I was surprised how easy and quick my wife and I were able to buy this new car. We called from Casper, Wyoming. We weren't sure if the car was the exact one we wanted. Allan took it upon himself to go out to the lot and make sure that all the things we were looking for were on the ca car was the exact one we wanted. He promptly called me back with exactly what I wanted to hear. My dad is the one purchasing the car, but his firs language is Vietnamese. Allan was great enough to refer my dad to talk Hoang, so my dad can understand everything that is going on. It was really helpful and reassuring to my father that this is where we want to make our purchase. Everything that was handled over the phone was very fast and efficient. I really appreciated that Hoang and Allan were so readily available. There was some pre caution about holding the car until the next business day, but Allan and Hoang did what they could to hold the car until we arrive the next day. As soon as we got there I was impressed with the layout, size and cleanliness of the building. Hoang and Allan were very friendly and helpful. They made it seem like they really did all they could to reserve the car and get if for the price my father wanted. The only thing that I could comment bad on is the wait to finally get to talk to financial. They had great snacks and drinks to keep us company though. When we finally met with Deb, her positive attitude and helpfulness was worth the wait. I really appreciated that she was very patient with my father and I because of the language barrier. There was a lot of confusion, but Deb had no problem clearing it all up for the both of us. In the end, we were very happy to walk out the dealership with exactly what we wanted. Another, very important factor in our positive rating of these employees and Stevinson Toyota was their pricing policy; it was very easy and straight forward to get meaningful, easy to understand final pricing options.
