We had a terrific experience. We started with a phone call. Danny was very prompt to respond to our call with information about a van that we were looking for. I have been a customer of Stevinson Toyota since 1983 when they were located on Wadsworth. Stevinson has been my main service provider since that time and the service experience has been outstanding. Yet when they were located on Wadsworth. Stevinson has been my main service provider since that time and the service experience has been outstanding. Yet, in the past when it came to buying cars I found the Stevinson experience to be less than stellar and have found it necessary to purchase vehicles from other dealers. However, this time the Stevinson buying experience was actually enjoyable. The individuals that facilitated this positive experience include Klaus Drah, Hoang Nguyen, and Jay Kramer. I met Klaus in Stevinson's sales lot while having my son's Corolla serviced. Our discussion led to a test drive and an initial negotiation on a Rav4. What I observed about Klaus is he knows Toyotas and takes the time to establish rapport with clients by listening to them as a means of identifying their transportation needs, personal wishes, and price requirements. He does an outstanding job of asking key questions that clarify the details of the customers ideal vehicle purchase and endeavors to that end. We weren't able to agree on a price point on that first day. However, Klaus had clearly listened to me, touched base a time or two over the next week, and shortly there after made me aware of another Rav4 that met all my requirements, including price. Klaus made the Stevinson buying experience enjoyable because he is polite, patient, and very easy to work with. He never lost sight of what I wanted and what I needed. It is clear that Stevinson customers are supported by a team during the sales experience. Hoang Nguyen worked with me on a couple of occasions. He clearly and patiently covered car and service details. He got me connected with next steps under Toyota's service plan. Additionally, he demonstrated every feature on the Rav answering any question I had. He also pointed out key information in all my car manuals. Hoang is very easy to work with. Jay Kramer was also helpful in describing car options and getting all the legal documents completed. He clearly described my options, my legal requirements, and kept the process moving. Good job Stevinson staff. I will tell my friends about this experience! More

The third car we tested was a Camry SE, and I knew within fifteen minutes I would purchase. Ty never lost sight of my priorities, and allowed me the time and quiet I needed while testing several models. Since then I have driven 5500 miles of mountain road and freeway while returning to Alaska. Because the car is so comfortable, and the road vision makes seeing traffic movement so easy, I have been able to drive most all day -- day after day -- without fatigue. Thanks, Tyler.
