Adam did a great job of helping me decide to buy the Rav 4 that I saw on the internet. Even though I went in looking for that particular auto he was very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He showed me every detail of the vehicle and answered all of my questions. I like the fact that he told me to call him anytime I have a concern or need help with my vehicle. The only part I didn't enjoy was going through finance and being pressured to purchase other items that I didn't really want. It was late, Debra kept juggling numbers, and I wanted to go home. I also disliked the fact that I couldn't give a deposit and come back in the morning to do the paperwork. More
