Dear Dbreitco, We understand that you purchased a certified Toyota from a Toyota dealership because of trust and to ensure that you can have your vehicle serviced at any Toyota dealership here or across the country. Unfortunately, we did not have the information from the prior dealership when we certified your vehicle. We performed a certified inspected and our mechanic did not identify a leak. Stevinson Toyota West is a reputable dealership and we do stand behind our vehicles, especially certified vehicles that go through a more stringent inspection process. If the mechanic had seen a leak, the radiator would have been replaced. I have reviewed the inspection documents and have offered to share them with you to show that your vehicle was inspected, the items we noted for repair and the repairs that took place prior to your purchase. I apologize our actions have caused you to mistrust us. We are a family owned dealership that has been in business in the Denver metro area for 50 years and we have built our dealerships on customer satisfaction and service.
