The purchase of the 2012 Toyota Tacoma Sport (Upgrade) was my third purchase fron Stevinson Toyota in the last ten years. My sales person was Will Douglas. I would like to buy a new Tundra. Stopped in the Stevinson Toyota dealership to test drive a Tundra today. Walked around the showroom, walked out to trucks in the lot, and looked at Tundras. Not like people were lined up for help at 3:30 on a Tuesday afternoon. Left the dealer without even a head nod from the 10 or so salestype looking people on the premises. At least the salesguy I held the door open for said "thank you". I was dressed for business because I am a partner in a large Denver engineering consultancy and I just got off work. Pretty sure attire was not an issue. We have purchased two brand new vehicles from Stevinson dealers in the past, and were very happy with the experiences. Must have caught them on a bad day... More

Awful. I have a Toyota Rav4 and they convinced me that my car was never going to get rid of an annoying sound everytime I touched on the breaks unless I was willing to pay roughly 3 grand to take the car apa car was never going to get rid of an annoying sound everytime I touched on the breaks unless I was willing to pay roughly 3 grand to take the car apart and get it fixed. Turns out the mechanics didn't notice that the break pads were installed backwards....duh. On my second visit I came to them because I went to pull the latch by the drivers seat to open my hood for a standard oil change and the lever popped off. I couldn't get my hood to pop and they said that they couldn't fix it unless they damage the body of the car surrounding the wire attached to that lever connected to the hood. I had to call a seperate body shop and they fixed it immediately and were surprised that a Toyota dealership failed to fix something as standard as the lever attached to the hood of a Toyota. This wasn't just sad for a dealership to not notice, but a Toyota dealership even worse. I brought it to a Toyota dealership back east in CT and they reinstalled the breakpads for roughly a hundred dollars getting rid of the annoying sound my car had immediately. I wasted my time going to this dealership. They do not know the cars that they sell. More
Bought new in 2006 and have serviced there since. Not sure why I continue as service has gone steadily downhill. They will try to squeeze every dollar possible out of you, it is a game. PROS - Great price on a used 2002 Toyota Sequoia - PROS - Great price on a used 2002 Toyota Sequoia - Vehicle was in good repair - I wasn't lied to about the condition - Negotiations were relat PROS - Great price on a used 2002 Toyota Sequoia - Vehicle was in good repair - I wasn't lied to about the condition - Negotiations were relatively painless - I wasn't shown vehicles I wasn't interested in - They didn't push vehicles on me that were outside of my budget - I got a fair value for my trade-in CONS - After negotiations were completed it took almost four hours to complete the sale - The vehicle I ended up purchasing was completely skipped, even though it matched my requirements perfectly; I had to ask about it - I was told to not state any bad experiences in this review, only good ones Before writing this review I was fully prepared to recommend this dealership based on all of PROS that I listed. Out of the seven other dealerships I went to looking for used vehicles, Stevinson Toyota was by far the easiest to deal with. It actually caught me off guard how easy the transaction was, which, in my opinion, is fantastic customer service - I couldn't ask for more as an American consumer. However, the email I received from the sales person concerning this review is what will guarantee that I never use this dealership again, nor recommend it to anyone else: NOTE - My original post was deleted because I posted the email I received from the sales associate. To paraphrase, I was told in the email that I was only to say good things about the company and to refrain from posting anything that could be considered negative about my experience. So what I was told was to only say good things about my experience and if I legitimately had any issues I needed to keep my mouth shut. This is unacceptable. I could've understood if they asked that if I had any problems to represent them factually and uninflated, but I was actually told to ignore the bad things. While I had an overall good experience with this dealership, an email like this makes me feel like they might have legitimate complaints against them and instead of attacking the problem and fixing it like a responsible business, they're just telling people to keep quiet. Keep in mind that this is an assumption on my part, but I cannot see any other explanation. I was very excited about my experience and the vehicle I bought, but when I received that email I was sorely disappointed - it was like a slap to the face. I was going to write a fantastic review up until that point. Keep in mind that this is solely my opinion based off of my experience and should not deter you from checking this dealer out; just be careful and do your research. More
