Process took too long and since we already had external financing, we didn't need to go through their sales pitch for Toyota financing. This is not a reflection on Hoang who did a great job, but more on the policies of this dealership and others regarding pushing dealer financing. More

The car drove great as I expected it would since I had test driven a few other Hyundai's the week prior. The alignment seemed to be a little off and the car was pulling to the right. Klaus assured me that if I bought the car, they'd fix it. After a brief price negotiation, we reached a deal and went up to finance and the rest is history. The dealership mechanics did a re-alignment on the car and it seems to be driving fine. Klaus and the whole team there were very professional. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who finds a car there. More

Ray Saccommano treated my mother so wonderfully that I remembered it several years later. When we walked up to the dealership, Ray was the one who greeted us. I remembered him right away. We purchased our RAV4 last week and we love it. Ray treated us very well as did Michael Doucet. There was no back and forth haggling. We were so pleased with our interactions with Steve that, although we didn't Need the new car until July/August, we chose to bump up our time-frame to get the car we wanted. Although I'm still slightly nauseous about the overall price of the vehicle, I know that both Steve and our finance person did a great job cutting us deals and providing us with the options we wanted at more reasonable prices. We probably won't need a new car for several more years (fingers crossed!) but when we do, we will come back to Stevinson Toyota West. More
