Started looking to trade DOWN with my Infinti FX50 to save some money on maintenance and gas, but also to raise some cash...not a typical dealership transaction, I'll admit. I knew exactly what I wanted save some money on maintenance and gas, but also to raise some cash...not a typical dealership transaction, I'll admit. I knew exactly what I wanted (2012 RAV4), how much it cost, and how I wanted it equipped, and I had a pretty good idea based on my extensive car buying experience (over 40 purchases in the last 35 years) and research what my trade was worth. So, I began contacting Denver metro area dealership "internet sales departments" to see if anyone was interested. Got responses from 4 of the largest local dealers and began the back and forth. While I initially thought I would do the deal with the closest and largest dealer (GO), I ended up driving all the way across town, again, and boy am I glad I did! Will Douglas treated me with honesty and respect, and NO B.S.! I really don't know why I wasted my time with the other dealers, because the last 2 times I bought from Stevinson (a Lexus and a Porsche), I had a similarly painless experience! Besides being a very pleasant and business-like transaction, I saved a few thousand over the mega dealer's "best end of the month deal" to boot! Don't waste your time if you're looking to buy a new Toyota...call Will Douglas at Stevinson and save some money and some hassle More

Its not fun to buy cars anymore. You know how much is wasted on union pay. I know what goes on in that world and next you pay for the high overhead of fancy dealers. Now you know why cars cost so much. I wasted on union pay. I know what goes on in that world and next you pay for the high overhead of fancy dealers. Now you know why cars cost so much. I worked with Sam and he treated me good. I have no complaints with anyone personally at Stevenson. I just earn my money and want to feel that my money is not being used by overfed groups. More

The purchase of the 2012 Toyota Tacoma Sport (Upgrade) was my third purchase fron Stevinson Toyota in the last ten years. My sales person was Will Douglas. He truly exceeded expectations of a sales person was my third purchase fron Stevinson Toyota in the last ten years. My sales person was Will Douglas. He truly exceeded expectations of a sales person. He was patient, polite and professional at all times. If he did not anticipate questions, he answered them promply. Will insured my desires were met. Once the "deal was made" he kept me informed of delivery date and then assisted in delivery of the vehicle. Thanks. He is an asset to Stevinson. More
Thoroughly enjoyed working with Tyler Woodward at Stevinson. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the car we purchased, a Toyota 4Runner. He understood our car needs and didn't try and sell Stevinson. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the car we purchased, a Toyota 4Runner. I would like to buy a new Tundra. Stopped in the Stevinson Toyota dealership to test drive a Tundra today. Walked around the showroom, walked out to trucks in the lot, and looked at Tundras. Not o Stevinson Toyota dealership to test drive a Tundra today. Walked around the showroom, walked out to trucks in the lot, and looked at Tundras. Not one salesperson approached me. Not like people were lined up for help at 3:30 on a Tuesday afternoon. Left the dealer without even a head nod from the 10 or so salestype looking people on the premises. At least the salesguy I held the door open for said "thank you". I was dressed for business because I am a partner in a large Denver engineering consultancy and I just got off work. Pretty sure attire was not an issue. We have purchased two brand new vehicles from Stevinson dealers in the past, and were very happy with the experiences. Must have caught them on a bad day... More

Awful. I have a Toyota Rav4 and they convinced me that my car was never going to get rid of an annoying sound everytime I touched on the breaks unless I was willing to pay roughly 3 grand to take the car apa car was never going to get rid of an annoying sound everytime I touched on the breaks unless I was willing to pay roughly 3 grand to take the car apart and get it fixed. Turns out the mechanics didn't notice that the break pads were installed backwards....duh. On my second visit I came to them because I went to pull the latch by the drivers seat to open my hood for a standard oil change and the lever popped off. I couldn't get my hood to pop and they said that they couldn't fix it unless they damage the body of the car surrounding the wire attached to that lever connected to the hood. I had to call a seperate body shop and they fixed it immediately and were surprised that a Toyota dealership failed to fix something as standard as the lever attached to the hood of a Toyota. This wasn't just sad for a dealership to not notice, but a Toyota dealership even worse. I brought it to a Toyota dealership back east in CT and they reinstalled the breakpads for roughly a hundred dollars getting rid of the annoying sound my car had immediately. I wasted my time going to this dealership. They do not know the cars that they sell. More
