Klaus was the fastest sales person I have ever seen. When I met him, he was friendly and wanted to know what I was interested in. I was looking for something that fit my price range but nothing caught my eye I met him, he was friendly and wanted to know what I was interested in. Adam was great to work with. I had actually talked with him the day before I went in, in length regarding the Prius, as I had many questions. He was so professional and patient with me and helped me learn him the day before I went in, in length regarding the Prius, as I had many questions. We came in looking only to test drive a car that was on our list of possibilities to buy. Will was great at letting us do just that, no pressure, just drive. Will was great at not bugging me too much in that time frame, something that would have kept me from going back rather than encouraging me to go back. He did a good job of researching a few possibilities for us and when we scheduled a time to come in, he was ready. He did a great job of showing us just what we were looking for and did not try to dissuade us into something different. We found the car we love and are very happy. Steve Sertich was very good, friendly and efficient with the financing process (always the least favorite part of buying a car!). What I also appreciated very much is that he was not pushy at all (my prior experience has been that car salesmen are quite pushy)but really listened to what I needed and wanted from a car.
