Because I first looked at your inventory online and expressed my interest, Will answered virtually all of my questions before I ever set foot in the dealership. So basically all I had to do was test-drive the car and go through the financing process. To my surprise, even the financing process was painless. Jay explained everything to me, and even though my credit is not as good as I would like it to be, Jay treated me with respect.
