After driving a 2007 Avalon for approximately 4 years and 105,000 miles, I felt that it was time to start shopping for a new vehicle. My wife and I had considered a four wheel drive vehicle and decided to s 105,000 miles, I felt that it was time to start shopping for a new vehicle. My wife and I had considered a four wheel drive vehicle and decided to stop at Stevinson Toyota West to look at their current inventory. We were greeted by Don Rollins who showed us numerous RAV4 vehicles and thoroughly explained the advantages of this type of vehicle. Having purchased many, many vehicles over my 54 years of driving, I was expecting the typical "high pressure" approach to car sales. Amazingly, it never came; Don had a very low key approach to automobile sales and actually made it somewhat difficult NOT to purchase our new vehicle from him. We were allowed to test drive the vehicle and Don did an excellent job of explaining the features and advantages of the four wheel drive capability. We were offered a "more than fair" trade-in value on our 2007 Toyota Avalon and the entire buying experience was remarkable....Thank you Don. Bill Berg More

First of all, they didn't have the car I wanted so Will went to work to locate one for me, which he did in a timely manor. Secondly, Will worked very hard with his sales managers to give us the very best price. I am a hard negotiator so he really had his work cut out for him dealing with me! And lastly, we had all three of our (small) children with us and EVERYONE there was very patient with us and our tired, fussy children. We were all very tired after a long day but you would never know it with the staff. I have already recommended this dealership and Will to a friend considering the purchase of a new Sienna. I hope to see Will again at Stevinson when we go to purchase our next new car in 10-12 years! It really was a wonderful experience! More
