It took no shortage of time, but Garrett was committed to the work, and worked diligently on my behalf until he not only found the perfect vehicle for me but also ensured that the price I received was fair and reasonable. I was referred to Stevinson West by Stevinson Lexus of Frederick and looking for a Toyota FJ for my son. Lane and Will showed us a couple of FJs. Will called me earlier in the day and I told him my son and I would be there around 4pm. After meeting with Will I knew that the experience would be great. Will is one of the nicest and most professional people I've ever dealt with. He has a such pleasant way about him and a great sense of humor. He knew exactly what I wanted. How much I wanted to spend and that I didn't want to spend all night getting the deal done. So, once he found the FJ for us, the process took only 3 hours! From the time we walked in, to the time we drove away. Everyone at Stevinson was very nice and seemed to ensure we were comfortable and not waiting. I was pleasantly surprised as how smooth and easy it was to purchase my new Toyota. I have never been in and out of a dealership so fast! Earlier the same day that I finally made the purchase at Stevinson Toyota, I was treated horribly at a nearby competitor by the "team leader" of new sales. I was ready to give up and go home. As I was driving home, I figured that I would give it one more shot! Since Stevinson was close to home, and I had previously inquired about a vehicle via the internet, which Mr. Galluzzo promptly responded to, I thought I might just check into it. Mr. Galluzzo was straight forward, upfront and honest. He didn't waste my time, which is valuable, as I'm sure you all can relate!
