I was looking to trade in my RWD sedan for a used 4Runner. Klaus was very friendly and knowledgable. We were looking for a 2012 Tacoma, Tony made this process very easy. We requested a quote on the internet and Tony responded with in a couple of hours. Tony should have an award for customer service. He was exceptional. He even went the extra mile to have our Lexus serviced while we were completing all of the paper work for the Tacoma. When we left the dealership both my husband and I were happy, my car was serviced and he had his new Tacoma. I also have to comment on Mike (he did the paper work) he was also very nice to work with, he made the process as quick and easy as possible. The gentleman in the parts department went the extra mile when he installed new wind sheild wipers on the Lexus. He verified the model and actually installed the new ones. I have never had that kind of service from a parts department. The Lexus service department not only serviced the vehicle they also washed the vehicle. Now that is service. Over all I would say the Stevinson's dealerships are the most considerate, customer service minded dealership I have ever worked with. If I have only one word to descripe our experience I would say EXCELLENT. More

Our car buying saga was a long one. After all this, we ended up with the best price right here in our back yard. Hoang N., our sales rep, was a pleasure to work with. As you can see from what I wrote above, I was exposed to many car sales persons, and he was one of the nicest--never too pushy, and nothing but helpful. I would recommend Hoang to anyone. When we settled down for the dickering, we worked with John. I'm sure we were typical customers (or perhaps more obnoxious than most!) in that we haggled and bargained (I would find John's job very hard to do, myself). Despite this, John made the process efficient, pleasant, and even humorous! We enjoyed it, even, and were pleased with the results. When we went upstairs to sign the papers, Ron was also very nice to work with (also with a great sense of humor), and got us out the door quickly. Nice job, Stevinson. I'm sorry I looked any further! I came to Stevinson Toyota west pretty much knowing what I wanted (Tacoma TRD 4dr). I was pleased by Kluas' knowledge of the product, and if he didn't have an answer he was very quick to get the information I wanted (Tacoma TRD 4dr). I showed up late for our appointment and was helping other customers, he made sure that I was helped right away. That sales person was very nice also (William Douglas). That showed me that they truly work as a team. That kind of teamwork is not found in high pressure car sales. I would definitely recommend Klaus and the team that he works with to any of my friends. I got a great truck for a very fair price. I'm happy :) More
