My wife and I have been looking for the "right" car for a while. We drove into Stevinson and Sam was there to greet us. The next morning I called Sam and asked him if I could take the car out for a test drive and have my mechanic look it over. When I arrived Sam had the car waiting and I took the car for a couple of hours. Upon returning, again, Sam was waiting and we negotiated a price acceptable to both parties, and completed the paperwork with none of the usual hassels that come with buying a used car. The overhead lights were not working and Sam had that taken care of while we were completing the paper work. When I went to pick up the car, the lights worked, the car had been washed and cleaned up inside and Sam was able to answer all of my questions about how things operated. I was extremely pleased with the entire process, have passed this on to many friends and would definitely contact Sam and Stevinson to purchase another vehicle. More

The experience of working with Tony Salazar and Stevinson was stellar. From the beginning, when I met him in the winter/spring of 2011 and expressed an interest in the Cruiser, he was responsive, friendly, was stellar. Talking to him at that time was not good timing for me for a number of reasons, which I told Tony, but inspite of this, he maintained contact with me without being a nuisance. By way of the internet and email, I engaged the other Denver metro Toyota dealers but became frustrated with the lack of responsiveness to my questions. Because Tony was responsive, I determined, early on, he would be my "go to" sales rep and I would do what I could to buy the vehicle from him but this depended on the availability of the specific FJ I wanted. Tony called me a few days before we bought the Cruiser to tell me the one I want was in the dealership. Because the color and transmission combination was not easily found, I had to make a move quickly. I was pleased the FJ was at Stevinson so I could work with Tony and buy from Stevinson. Had this FJ been at another dealership, I would have asked Stevinson to try to bring it to the Golden location. As it turned out, this configuration of FJ was the only one in Colorado and Wyoming available for sale so timing was perfect. The negotiations with Tony to finalize the deal were wonderful. He is a very pleasant person with whom to work. I purchased this vehicle at Stevinson for all the reasons given above. In 2008, we purchased a RAV4 at this location but long before that, we have been loyal customers for service for a Camry we owned and for my 2000 Tacoma 4x4 I presently own. I will recommend Tony and Stevinson to anyone I know wanting to buy a vehicle. There is one more person at Stevinson who deserves some praise and that is Ron in the finance office. To often you hear the horror stories about buying a new car. My expereience hass been just the opposite. His demeanor was that of a knowlegeable professional but never came across as a pushy sales type. In fact , I laughed and had more fun at the dealership than I have had in a long time. What a great time and while buying a car no less. My delivery was flawless. Tony Nwoke was great. he stayed later than the end of his shift in order to make sure that I knew every inch of my new car including the Toyota Entune System. The next day I came back to bring in some more paperwork and asked to have some decals removed from my new truck. Shawn Casement, assisitant service manager, was more than accommodating. He got his guys on it right away. He then proceeded to help me understand my new vehicle even further by showing me some minor adjustments about the vehicle. He really went out of his way to make me feel part of the family at Stevinson. In the end, I really felt as though I was part of a family that now included the Stevinson Toyota crew.
