I had been shopping around for a new Prius for the past couple of weeks when I saw a 2012 Prius IV on Stevinson's website. The price was in the range expected for the vehicle and was the color I wanted. couple of weeks when I saw a 2012 Prius IV on Stevinson's website. The price was in the range expected for the vehicle and was the color I wanted. I called the company and they quickly directed me to a sales associate named Hoang Nguyen. After making arrangements for a test drive, I drove down from Cheyenne, WY to check out the vehicle. First of all, Stevinson's west facility is incredible! They have invested a lot of money into their show room. Hoang already had the car out and all I had to do was get out of one car and into the other. After a quick test drive we were back in the office taking care of the paperwork. The haggling was minimal and the paperwork seemed to not take very long at all. Hoang and his management team made sure I understood the features, the service package, and Steve in finance was very friendly and just as thorough. I was out the door in just two hours! Today is the Monday after purchasing my vehicle and Stevinson has already contacted me for my next service appointment and Hoang called to make sure everything is going ok. Needless to say the dealership spoils their buyers. I will be referring all my friends to Stevinson for now on. First rate service! More

My son and I came to buy a specific Prius we had researched on line. We called ahead and spoke to Denny, when we arrived he was friendly, prepared and waiting for us. I then had to return to have researched on line. We called ahead and spoke to Denny, when we arrived he was friendly, prepared and waiting for us. I then had to return to have the sealant applied to my car and a remotemstart; it was Thursday the day of the big snow storm and the passes were all closed. I drove from my home, which took me 6 hours of driving alternate routes and waiting for the tunnel to open. Denny took very good care of me as I waited for my car by helping me with a loaner car. I was able to meet my dentist appointment, have the sealant applied to my car and reschedule applying the remote start when I got home from fling to see my father. All of this saved me time, hours of driving and the cost of having to drive 150 miles. To have this done; that is customer service! More
