Tony was spot on and extremely nice. Not your typical pushy car salesman. I have been to this dealership and many others and had experiences that weren't easy as the salesman was trying to sell me someth pushy car salesman. Vehicle I was interested in wasn't there when I arrived as it had sold the day before. When I arrived, I did find a vehicle I was interested in, but it was priced above book value. After politely working as it had sold the day before. When I arrived, I did find a vehicle I was interested in, but it was priced above book value. After politely working with the salesperson, we were able to negotiate on a price and come to an agreement on a vehicle I was really interested in. I was disappointed in the time it took to complete the transaction as we waited for quite a while. I was also not overly impressed with dealer's handling of out-of-state sales. They were very confident that they were correct in understanding the sales tax and licensing rules when they were not. Overall, I thought my salesman did a good job, was polite, and professional. The price, while not amazing, was fair. Lastly, the overall dealership experience could have been better if we were not made to wait so long. More

Jeff Gomez was a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to figure out exactly what I was looking for, and did not pressure me to buy something that I was not 100% happy with.
