I was pleasantly surprised as how smooth and easy it was to purchase my new Toyota. I have never been in and out of a dealership so fast! Earlier the same day that I finally made the purchase at Stevinson Toyota, I was treated horribly at a nearby competitor by the "team leader" of new sales. I was ready to give up and go home. As I was driving home, I figured that I would give it one more shot! Since Stevinson was close to home, and I had previously inquired about a vehicle via the internet, which Mr. Galluzzo promptly responded to, I thought I might just check into it. Mr. Galluzzo was straight forward, upfront and honest. He didn't waste my time, which is valuable, as I'm sure you all can relate! Not only did I end up with the vehicle that fit my needs, I think I actually enjoyed the experience, thanks to Denny and his witty sense of humor and genuine interest in customer satisfaction. Would I refer my friends and family? Without a doubt! It's no wonder why Stevinson is so successful. We first made contact with Danny through the Internet, requesting information about buying a Toyota. Sam displayed a great deal of candor for the duration. We closed off our transaction by sitting down with Ron Taylor, the finance manager and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. I can truly say that if you are shopping for a vehicle around the Denver area, save yourself some trouble and start here. Between phone calls and visits, we tried a whole sack full of places and Sam and Ron made it so we will never shop anywhere else again. Thanks!! More
