Our car buying saga was a long one. After all this, we ended up with the best price right here in our back yard. Hoang N., our sales rep, was a pleasure to work with. As you can see from what I wrote above, I was exposed to many car sales persons, and he was one of the nicest--never too pushy, and nothing but helpful. I would recommend Hoang to anyone. When we settled down for the dickering, we worked with John. I'm sure we were typical customers (or perhaps more obnoxious than most!) in that we haggled and bargained (I would find John's job very hard to do, myself). Despite this, John made the process efficient, pleasant, and even humorous! We enjoyed it, even, and were pleased with the results. When we went upstairs to sign the papers, Ron was also very nice to work with (also with a great sense of humor), and got us out the door quickly. Nice job, Stevinson. I'm sorry I looked any further! I came to Stevinson Toyota west pretty much knowing what I wanted (Tacoma TRD 4dr). I was pleased by Kluas' knowledge of the product, and if he didn't have an answer he was very quick to get the information I wanted (Tacoma TRD 4dr). I showed up late for our appointment and was helping other customers, he made sure that I was helped right away. That sales person was very nice also (William Douglas). That showed me that they truly work as a team. That kind of teamwork is not found in high pressure car sales. I would definitely recommend Klaus and the team that he works with to any of my friends. Reputation and Honesty: Several years ago I did take my previous Toyota Camry to Stevinson's Toyota West for service. The vehicle had a minor transmission leak. I was informed by the service tech that the previous Toyota Camry to Stevinson's Toyota West for service. The vehicle had a minor transmission leak. I was informed by the service tech that the transmission pan had warped and that the problem with minor in nature. I was informed that the cost would be approximately $50.00. I picked up the vehicle and several days later I noticed that leak had become quite severe. I returned to the dealership and dropped the vehicle off. Several hours later I received a telephone call from James the service tech. He informed me that the mechanic had made an error. James informed me that he would provide me with a rental car and there would be no charge for the repairs. My vehicle was at the dealership for several days. My point being is that I could have been told that the repair was something the mechanic overlooked and been charged for the entire repair. Instead I was told the truth. Rare these days. I will be their loyal customer for years to come and I have recommended this dealership too many and some have purchased there vehicles there. In addition, their service tech's are well trained and all employees that I have encountered are professional and courteous. I hope Kent Stevinson continues to hire the professional individuals that make his team number one. More

We were not sold on the prius so he continued to show us other prius'. We still were not sure then he began to ask what we exactly wanted in a car.
