In today’s world, we hold the view that it is the exception, rather than the rule, to have a positive car-buying experience. That said, it is good to be able to provide positive feedback on our recen exception, rather than the rule, to have a positive car-buying experience. This is our third purchase over the years from Stevinson and we came back to where we had a positive buying experience before. While it is important to say that the quality and proven track record of the Toyota RAV 4 were important factors in our purchase decision, it is never about just the product alone; equally important is the people-part of the equation. From the beginning of our search for a RAV 4, we were impressed with the honesty and responsiveness of Larry Kelly. He answered our questions, shared his knowledge, and offered assistance wherever he could. As our search continued, we learned a lot, and had the confidence that Larry was being up-front with us, never applying any pressure one way or the other. We believed he was there to respond to our questions and to help in any way he could. Larry’s product knowledge, low key, no pressure approach, honesty and integrity were all-important in our reaching the decision to purchase the vehicle. Larry represents Stevinson most admirably through his credibility, genuineness and customer focus and is a true credit to the organization. Several of our friends and associates have described to us the games, manipulation and pressure they have experienced from other dealers in the area in their car-buying efforts. Unfortunately for them, they did not enjoy the friendly, professional approach we did in dealing with Larry and Stevinson.
