I purchased a used car from Stevinson West and had the usual experience. I however had not intended to use the service department. I needed to because it was a Toyota certified vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised with his help. That was 2 1/2 almost 3 years ago and he is still as warm and genuinely friendly and helpful as our first meeting. In almost three years I have met many people there. The experience is always positive. However James is great and I feel like I have nothing to worry about. If something does go wrong I know He and the Service Staff will take care of me and my family in the best way possible. I feel as though I am going to have to stick with Toyota just so I can use this service department. I have referred many people and none have been disappointed. Thank you to the team but most of all James Russell for taking the guess work and fear out of my car maintenance. More

Nelson Im met with us, took my wife for a test drive of a Prius, and we began talking with the manager, Mike, about selling them my Tacoma and trading our Avalon for a new Prius.
