We have worked with Mike Mitchell for many years and our new Venza is the third vehicle we have leased from him. Our experience over the years with Mike has been exemplary. We retained a cell phone number for Mike and gave him a call when we were ready to get our new vehicle and discovered his move to Stevinson Toyota. Mike has always been very fair and his follow up is great!! He always gets the answers to our questions in a timely manner and does his very best to make us happy. I would recommend Mike Mitchell to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle and I know that he will treat them fantastic! The General Manager of Stevinson Toyota was also available for us with some concerns in regard to the $350.00 disposition fee which we have never been charged and has always been N/A on all of our lease agreements over a 25 year period of doing business with Toyota. He assured us that he would follow up with us over this issue and made us feel a lot more comfortable even though we find this to be a negative business practice for such loyal customers as we are. This dealership has also gone above and beyond great customer service by inviting us to a new owner clinic which we plan to attend. Great Job and kudos to Mike Mitchell!! More

Gary and Julie Gabry walked into your dealership last week and ask to speak to a sales person about buying a Highlander. We were introduced to Tony Salazar and he proceeded to answer our questions and t week and ask to speak to a sales person about buying a Highlander. Then we talked about new cars without the navigational system and Julie drove one with Tony. The next day or so both of us came back and looked again with Tony at another Highlander with navigation and decided to buy this one. At no time did Tony ever push one car over the other. He gave us the best price on each one and would try to do more when we ask for a better price until we finally settled on one that fit our pocketbook. We liked his friendly outgoing personality and he was very knowledgeable about all the cars we looked at. After we bought the car, Tony went over everything ,showed us how to operate the nav and answered all our questions. We think he is an excellent sales person and a "real plus" for Stevinson Toyota. Hi, I recently bought my first car at Stevenson Toyota, although I was extremely nervous at first I quickly realized that buying a car can be painless! I had a budget of 7000 dollars and I walked out with although I was extremely nervous at first I quickly realized that buying a car can be painless! I had a budget of 7000 dollars and I walked out with one of my dream cars, a 2002 jeep grand Cherokee laredo. Not only did I get a great car I was treated with customer service I thought was unquestionable. My dealer, Jeff, led me to what I was looking for and was incredibly kind. He made sure we were treated fairly and was like a friend to me. As soon as there was a problem with my car, I called Jeff. He led me on the exact and most cost effective path to getting my car repaired. THe second time I had a problem with the car, I drove to the dealer ship and saw Jeff, he greeted me like a great friend and when I told him what was wrong, he dropped everything and found a mechanic to help me. I left the dealership with no fees for my repair and I don't know if I could have done it without Jeff! I'm glad I shopped with Stevenson and plan on doing so in the future. More
