Tony was great. The only issue I had was that I was trading in a 2003 Toyota 4Runner. It would have been nice for Tony to show the differences in the models i was looking to buy (2011) and my old one. trading in a 2003 Toyota 4Runner. AFTER I bought my new one, I found out about issues like Toyota moved back to a metal antenna on the hood, the key fob does not have a rear window roll down, the ignition moved back to the steering column. Those are very annoying! More
