In February, 2011, I was in a bad accident and my Ford Explorer was a complete loss. I went back to the ford dealer where I had purchased 3 cars previously, thinking that customer loyalty meant something Explorer was a complete loss. They were not at all willing to negotiate on price and really tried to push me into something that was way beyond what I could afford. I then went to Stevinson Toyota to look at the certified pre-owned 4 Runners. I walked in and was greeted by Tony Salazar and he showed me what was in my price range and really tried to make me happy. After a week or so of Tony Salazar and Mike Doucette trying to put a difficult financing package together for me, I am happy to say that I am now the very proud owner of a 4 Runner!! I would certainly recommend Tony Salazar to any and all people looking for a new car. Even if you don't know if a Toyota is what you want, stop by and talk to Tony. Went over the Off road package-that i decided to purchase. He explained that there was a 2 yr service package availabe now-free-and I should take advantage of it. Paperwork was very simple. When I arrived to pick up my new truck, Tony handed me all documentation and service book. We then proceeded to sit inside the truck. He went over all controlls, and all the bells and whistles. He even helped me program my phone, on the hands free option. The experience was outstanding and I would recommend the dealership and Tony Salazar to all my friends looking for a new or used toyota. Ive been back for my 5,000 and 10,000 mile check up, and tony has stopped by and asked me how my truck and family are doing. You dont find this kind of service out there anymore. More
