Questionable and not as friendly as should be I visited with Neil Firszt with a friend of mine over the weekend. Neil was not pushy which I did appreciated when looking at cars. However, whenever I stated my opinion about a certain car to my friend who was looking, Neil always contradicted everything I said. Also, my friend went up to go to the bathroom and Neil asked me why I was making this process more difficult. I really did not appreciate that because the things I had been stating was to make sure we do research before buying a car, looking at reviews, etc. I don't feel I was making this more difficult, I was just being careful and cautious. He also told us the low front bumpers on cars are supposed to scratch the roads because of the plastic covering they have underneath it. Which is true about the plastic covering, but I disagree with his philosophy on that since I have a Toyota and have had to fix the plastic front bumper on mine from it being scratched. He was not the worst salesman by any means and he was approachable. However, I would not be able to confidently recommend him to someone who is looking to buy a car without feeling constant judgement and having someone question everything you're stating and feeling. More
