2019 Toyota 4Runner Purchase I've been going to Stevinson Toyota West now for a number of years, both for service on my old 2002 Toyota 4Runner, and also to purchase new vehicles I've been going to Stevinson Toyota West now for a number of years, both for service on my old 2002 Toyota 4Runner, and also to purchase new vehicles as well. My wife purchased a 2010 Toyota Highlander, and a few months ago I traded in my 2002 and purchased a brand new 2019 Toyota 4Runner. My sales associate was Aaron Wester and he did a fantastic job of setting me up with the right 4Runner, and didn't oversell me on a vehicle or upgrades I didn't need. He also was extremely helpful with a few follow-up items after the sale (i.e., "gentle touch" interior and exterior treatment), and I can't recommend him enough to any future Toyota buyer. It toll me about 6 weeks and I never felt pressure from Frankie. One of the things I appreciated was Frankie asking me what I was looking for in a vehicle . He never tried to sell me something that didn’t meet my want list . He respected me band experience with another dealership and made sure the sales manager and the finance department was aware of my experience and there was not a repeat at this location. The more I drive my vehicle the more I love it . My even better yet would have been to receive the sales paperwork from the finance department before I left as I haven’t received a copy yet and despite my requests not to check my credit because I was financing with my bank, the dealership still ran a credit check (which my banker instructed me to challenge ) More
