Tyler Trimmer was busily trying to attend to customer needs. From the time we notified the front staff we wanted to speak with a salesperson, it was about a two-minute wait before Tyler came to help. It was a welcomed change from the swarm of salespeople at other dealerships. Tyler Trimmer was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to the details of what we were searching for in our new vehicle. Never once did we feel pressured or rushed in our shopping experience. He was patient with our multiple questions and requests to see a variety of cars. Tyler was transparent about the process and didn't try to answer questions that were not within his scope of work (i.e. financial details.) In the evening, as we made our final decision, he provided us with a step-by-step process. We felt we were with a genuine, caring, and skilled professional. I'd also like to note that he was there for the hand-off of our keys and took the time to review all the bells-and-whistles of our new 2020 Corolla Hybrid (which we couldn't be happier with). The financial representative (Kendall J.) that helped us complete the process was also informative, helpful, and clearly skilled at her position. Stevinson Toyota - The gold standard I would not normally be doing this but I was so pleased with Stevinson Toyota's Tony Salazar that I have no choice. I've crossed paths with him befo I would not normally be doing this but I was so pleased with Stevinson Toyota's Tony Salazar that I have no choice. I've crossed paths with him before when I was getting my car serviced and he took the time to answer the few questions I had about a model on the floor. I subsequently bought a car at another dealership but will remain loyal to STW, not only because it's closer but because it is a light year above the place where I made my purchase. It's cleaner, its environment is more comfortable, it takes great care to make customers feel good and it's an altogether friendlier place to be. I have had nothing but positive experiences at STW and today my experience with Mr. Salazar was even better!! He interrupted what he was doing to sit with me in my car and help walk me through a problem I was having with the audio system. He knew the product and explained the solution in an easy, understandable way. Mr. Salazar was professional and affable in every possible way. He even pointed out a couple of other things about the car that I wasn't aware of and I'll certain follow up on those few things. It's refreshing to cross paths with someone as genuinely kind as Mr. Salazar. And while that's certainly a plus, his product knowledge is just as impressive!! If you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, remember his name: Tony Salazar. You cannot go wrong. Stevinson Toyota must do whatever it can to make sure it hangs on to him. While I have never had an issue with STW and can say without reservation that it's the gold standard of metro Denver deadlerships that I've encountered, Mr. Salazar sits at the top of the food chain! It was my good fortune to cross paths with him. He sent me on my way feeling that I got exactly what I came for, a solution to my problem and feeling good about the time and effort it took to solve it. More
