Anyone who has purchased a car in the past dreads speaking with the finance manager. I know I have. Hard sell, gruff, dismissive, not fun. In my opinion there is not a better dealer to dea I have purchased 3 vehicles from Stevinson Toyota West and 1 from Stevinson Lexus across the street. In my opinion there is not a better dealer to deal with from “just looking” to purchasing to service they have their customers needs as a top priority! We were looking at new trucks back in May when Graham Goguen approached us and spent a lot of time learning our needs and desires for the right truck. We decided not to purchase at that time as my wife wanted a different color as did I. In August I was looking on their website to see if they had any our color and found one that almost matched our needs. Graham contacted me and we discussed all the options I wanted, later that day he sent me info on a truck on the lot that met our needs! He also mentioned they had 0% financing at that time, well that was a game changer, I told him we would be in town that weekend and would come in to see it. I filled out the finance form online prior to our visit and upon arriving the truck was waiting with a reserved sign with our names on it! After the test drive I knew Graham had found the perfect truck! We love our new Tundra and I’m still discovering all the bells and whistles it has after two weeks! I would like to thank Brach in the finance dept also for his patience while we dealt with the process of unfreezing my wife’s credit. Stevinson Toyota West is the Best! Great Truck, 2nd buy from Stevinson - thanks Chris! I bought a used Toyota Tundra in great shape from Stevinson after looking at way too many other trucks for sale around town. I actually bought my firs I bought a used Toyota Tundra in great shape from Stevinson after looking at way too many other trucks for sale around town. I actually bought my first car from Stevinson Toyota in 1997, and drove it past 350,000 miles. Chris Little was incredibly helpful and was able to provide all of the resources I needed (and I'm pretty particular about specs beyond a Carfax). I never felt rushed. The truck had a cracked windshield they had not had time to replace (it had just arrived on the lot), and Chris arranged to have the windshield replaced without hesitation. I wasn't pressured into paying anything before delivery. They changed the windshield and finished the detailing within a few days while holding the truck for me. We simply came back, wrote a check, and drive away with another vehicle. This time I'd like to try to go past 450,000 miles. It's not simple buying higher mileage used vehicles, but I know enough about Toyota trucks and I also trust that Stevinson wouldn't bother selling something with 150k+ miles if it weren't well maintained. More

I came in tired and skeptical that me and I went into this dealership feeling pretty burned out by the previous dealerships that I went to previously. I came in tired and skeptical that me and my wife would be able to finally strike a deal that we were happy with. Luckily we ended up meeting Nelson. He worked patiently with us, and showed us all the possible prices and options and made sure we were all on the same page. He worked with us for the good majority of the day and was pleasant to work with the whole time. He helped us find a payment option that worked well for us and we ended up buying! All-in-all, he's a good guy and I would recommend him and the dealership. More
