I brought rav4 in for tire pressure light. Not fixed and have to go back for longer diagnostics testing. Why it could not be done that day I don’t understand. They had car almost whole day. The service performed on my car was perfect. My experience with Clayton was not. When I pulled in he said I'm sending you a text message so you have my number. I texted asking for a status update and got no response. After the service I texted asking if he could make a correction to the invoice and their internal system (theyy have an incorrect email address) and got no response. Had I not gone outside to look, I don't know how much time I would have sat there after my car was ready to go. And, they still have an incorrect email for me. Very frustrating experience. More

In both instances, my vehicle was left at the dealership overnight and I was not told this would happen. I had to reach out to the service department myself for a status update because I was not informed on the progress. More
When I called the dealer tgg he at I purchased the bike I got a Ai bot and I asked for someone to talk to and no one answered. I called Stevenson and got AI person did the same thing and got a service person got a Ai bot and I asked for someone to talk to and no one answered. I called Stevenson and got AI person did the same thing and got a service person in under 2 minutes. I was able to get in right away and tgat is when I met James. Very courteous and straight forward with the cost of w he at needed to be done. I would give James his own 10. The whole experience was amazing I should have never gave tried to go to a different service department! I will always recommend Stevenson to everyone I know. More

My appointment was at 2:00. I arrived 10minutes early. Checked in and waited. It was a busy day so I knew it would be a wait. 2 hours and 45 min later after having to track d I arrived 10minutes early. Checked in and waited. It was a busy day so I knew it would be a wait. 2 hours and 45 min later after having to track down the service guy I finally got my car. This is completely unacceptable 2:45 for an oil change with an appointment. An hour even 90min I can handle this was abusive. More
