Paul, the sales manager, was good and worked with Ryan and I to get to a point where all parties involved walked away feeling good about the transaction. Brach in finance was great as well. No pressure to purchase add-on items, yet knowledgeable to be able to tell me the ins and outs of every program they offer and why it is or isn't something I should purchase. He explained everything to me and allowed me time to view the documents I was signing. If I still live by Stevinson the next time I purchase a vehicle I will have no problems coming back to Stevinson Toyota! More
