Anthony knew the vehicle and we put together a good deal within 20 minutes - no hassle, no hustle, and no fuss. The only glitch in all of this was the dealership's WIFI was down. A little over a month later when my car arrived WIFI was still an issue. Disappointing but, again, the staff was great. Anthony spent time with me showing me features of my new car and explaining services. The next day, when I completed my purchase with AJ, it was, unexpectedly, enjoyable. The i's were dotted the t's crossed and it ended as the whole process began - with a smile and handshake. Anthony met me afterwards to hand me my "key" and I was off. It may be another 10-15 years before I buy another car but I'll be returning to Stevinson! More

Tyler Trimmer was busily trying to attend to customer needs. From the time we notified the front staff we wanted to speak with a salesperson, it was about a two-minute wait before Tyler came to help. It was a welcomed change from the swarm of salespeople at other dealerships. Tyler Trimmer was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to the details of what we were searching for in our new vehicle. Never once did we feel pressured or rushed in our shopping experience. He was patient with our multiple questions and requests to see a variety of cars. Tyler was transparent about the process and didn't try to answer questions that were not within his scope of work (i.e. financial details.) In the evening, as we made our final decision, he provided us with a step-by-step process. We felt we were with a genuine, caring, and skilled professional. I'd also like to note that he was there for the hand-off of our keys and took the time to review all the bells-and-whistles of our new 2020 Corolla Hybrid (which we couldn't be happier with). The financial representative (Kendall J.) that helped us complete the process was also informative, helpful, and clearly skilled at her position.
