He could have been home eating supper, but he waited around until my new car was delivered into my hands. Really had me sold on Toyota from the start. I appreciated how he did not pressure me at all, simply laid out all the options and let me choose for myself. I was very happy with my Toyota Rav4, and in the months after the purchase, he was always available to answer any questions that I had that I couldn't figure out from the manual.
