The car was set aside ready for the test drive and before I knew it, I had a new car! Dan was very attentive and informative and when he was unsure of something, he found out right away. In finance, Mark Csentery was unbelievable. He helped us with anything I wanted for the car before I took possession of the car and with extended coverage post purchase. Amazing the information this guy knows. Definitely knows his job well. And all the while, I felt like I knew these guys a long time.. Will not hesitate to come back if I need another car. More

Well Stevinson, in the person of our salesman, Jimmy McChesney, delivered on what they advertised. Our experence with Jimmy couldn't have been better. He was available, timely, personable, patient, and very helpful in every way. He let us lead the process and was never pushy. He answered our many, many questions accurately and patiently. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to find answers and address our concerns. He was flexible in scheduling our appointments, which we had to rearrange a couple of times. He worked with us cooperatively and very fairly on pricing of the new car and handling our trade-in, which we weren't sure we were going to do. Jimmy never pushed but always let us come to our own conclusions and then made them work out. Finalizing the purchase was also very quick, fair, and hassle-free. This was due to the advance work Jimmy did as well as the efficiency, professionalism, cooperation and friendliness of Marc Csentery in finance who did all the final paperwork, etc. Before we left with our new car, Jimmy made sure that we were familiar with all its main operational features. Then he followed up with phone calls and emails to make sure we weren't having any difficulties.and to answer any questions that might have come up as we got used to the new car. And he continues to make himself available to us if we have any more questions or issues. Poor customer service and rude staff Veronica in the service department was extremely rude. They wanted to charge us for a service that wasn't completed because they found damage that pre Veronica in the service department was extremely rude. They wanted to charge us for a service that wasn't completed because they found damage that prevented the service. At the beginning of the conversation, she said they could charge us for only what had been done. After I stated that I didn't want to be charged for anything that was not complete I asked what the amount would be for the partial service. Veronica told me that if I wanted to go that route that she would calculate the time spent and would charge me more than the quoted and advertised cost for the full service. She kept saying, "do you not want me to pay my technicians." No, they deserve to get paid as I deserve only to pay when the service on my car is also complete. More
