Thank you for your response- I have still not received a call from the service manager. Attempted to reach someone today to no avail- was told the general manager was out/ unavailable (understandable) was told I would be transferred to the service manager and was hung up on- attempted to call back and no one is answering the phone. I am still questioning whether service was performed on my car. I did check tire pressure today so I could drive my 4 wheel drive vehicle in the snow and found my tire pressures to be 38, 43, 44 and 45 psi- should be 32. It’s very frustrating and discouraging to try to rectify a problem and get the run around from staff with no one to help. I was offered the option to make an appointment, however that does not escalate the issues so they are addressed and rectified it’s just a promise to look at my vehicle while I wait however many hours they take to do so.
