Toyota makes a great, reliable vehicle and I am really looking forward to driving this 2019. Stevinson Toyota West was very nice to deal with. When we returned to look at Highlanders we were met by Nori on the lot in a light rain. No pressure and nothing but smiles he gave us space and time to check out all the inventory coming off of lease. Open to questions, Nori was knowledgeable and helpful, and offered to go over all the all the options for both new and used vehicles and choosing the right incentives (0.9 vs 2000 cash back). Wes came in to give us a little more options, no pressure, and info on how long the offers would be good for. Needing time, my wife and I went to lunch, discussed all the options and decided to come back and buy the new 2019 model with the incentives that made the most sense for us. Then it was up to see Brach, where he went over all the ways to lock in the financing and offer the many additional warranty products offered. A lot of information, but no pressure. Again we chose what suited us the best. Bottom line, Having choice is a good thing; having people to take their time to go over all the choices, the pros and cons, and your questions, with no pressure is a great thing. More

He provided with transparent information, made the test driving feel like a short ride with friends and didn’t make the whole experience feel like a sales pitch. Frankie is a true professional and it’s easy to see he puts customer service at the top of his list. AJ made the financing portion of it a breeze and I was in and out within a couple hours once we narrowed it down to the car we liked.
