Hi Bill, I have left you a voicemail prior to the review. In addition I have called you approximately five times and you don’t answer your phone. Please advise. I brought my vehicle in after they were squeaking after the replacement and your staff told me they could not hear the squeaking. They were squeaking as I drove my vehicle away. In addition they said they tested the vehicle under high and low speeds and couldn’t hear a thing. Odd, the mileage upon entry and exit of the shop was the same. Can you accurately test a vehicle under high and low speeds in under a mile? I’m in the market for a new four runner and will not purchase from this dealership because the service department is incompetent. PS your response is the same blanket copy and paste after every poor review.
