We went to this dealership to just "look" at 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokees. Steve greated us instanly and was very thorough in his presentation and knowlege of the vehicle. Chip always gets my stuff worked in and gets they guys going on it often the same day I call or drop it off. Chip keeps me well informed throughout every step of the service beginning with a detailed quote of the problems/needs and their prices and never proceeds without the go ahead. He is very clear of how long things will take and notifies me immediately when the service is complete so I can get the guys back on the road. Chip has always gone out of his way to get parts that were unavailable in a timely manner. The quality and speed of service I receive from Chip and his crew is impossible to beat, and the price is always fair too. More
