It was a pleasant experience all around. I went to several other dealerships and this one was very helpful. The others seemed to not want to deal with you and/or your trade....they quoted a low trade- several other dealerships and this one was very helpful. I use Stew Hansen's service center exclusively now because of their high level of customer service. They are always fast and curteous. The two staff members that I dealt with are fantastic, I especially appreciate Izzy, he knows his cars and could tell me very quickly about each car I looked at. Very attentive and informative. I went to stew hansens for a routine oil change, and skip or chip maybe... he was able to let me know that I had a tire that had a nail in it!
