Timely Oil Change On Tuesday 01/08/2019 I went for an oil change tire rotation and car wash. I arrived at 11:50am pulled in to the service bay and a young gentle man as On Tuesday 01/08/2019 I went for an oil change tire rotation and car wash. I arrived at 11:50am pulled in to the service bay and a young gentle man asked if I had an appointment I stated no I was told previously that you could not make an appointment for oil changes. Nick came up and stated that he could get me in should be completed between 1-1.5hours. I waited. Nick stated yes I could make an appointment for oil change in the future. I'm not sure when that process changed, but I like being able to schedule my oil change for a appointment. The oil change was completed in 40 minutes and I was very happy to be on my way. The people at Stew Hansen have always been courtious and professional. I really like this dealership!! More
