Horrible customer service and terrible lies. The sales team's answers on the availability of a car makes you wonder if they are really selling the original cars or doll cars. They don't know the availability of the car and are unable to search it within their system or in the location. They hide their mistakes and simply try to fool customers. When you question what responsibility they take, the sales manager Mr.Jordan Frette reacts very rude towards the customer ( specifically if BROWN SKIN). Unethical and the worst sales manager I ever saw. He needs to get training and learn how to treat people, understand the situation and help customers, instead of showing disrespectful behavior.

Every time I get service I am super excited to get Stephanie Thurn as my service advisor. She is always a pleasure to work with and is very helpful from start to finish. She takes the extra steps to make sure everything is completed,
even sometimes going outside of what appears to be her job responsibilities to ensure a high quality transaction, and always does it with a smile and great disposition. Most people dread taking their car in for service, but Stephanie always makes it a positive experience and I drive away smiling. Keep up the great work!
