Stew Hansen doesn't honor contracts I leased my second Hyundai (great cars) in Nov. 2017. Signed the lease contract, paid down payment in full (which was accepted without condition or c I leased my second Hyundai (great cars) in Nov. 2017. Signed the lease contract, paid down payment in full (which was accepted without condition or caveat), was given the keys and was waved off the lot happily. Two weeks later I was told, in email and on a voicemail, that if didn't come back to sign NEW contract with a higher fee (they wanted a service/return fee to at the end of the lease to be $300 but the contract I agreed to and we both signed said $0.00) then they would call the police are report my car stolen. I went to meet with them and they repeated the threat... that if I drove off the lot with the car and without agreeing to a new lease contract (and I had the signed paperwork in hand) they would report the car stolen. They were unimpressed with my contention that a contract is a contract, even if you later wish you had agreed to something else which gives me the impression they have done this before and plan to do it again. They are unworthy of my trust, and I recommend you stay clear of any of the Stew Hansen dealerships. Go to a nearby town if you must!!!! More
