Awesome Experience! We had been car shopping all day long to the point where we were ready to give up. We were looking primarily at the Honda Pilot and Toyota Highlander We had been car shopping all day long to the point where we were ready to give up. We were looking primarily at the Honda Pilot and Toyota Highlander when my father called and said he saw that the Hyundai Sante Fe had really good ratings from Consumer Reports. We decided to check them out at Stew Hansen. With 3 salesman standing outside as we pulled up, I thought for sure we'd have a high pressure experience. I couldn't have been more wrong. Izzo greeted us right away with a warm smile and within minutes we realized he was very genuine and truly wanted to help. We looked at multiple models and he clearly explained the differences between them. It was an extremely hot day and he hustled to move cars around so we could drive the one that fit our needs and he made sure it was cool before we got inside. Our experience inside the dealership was equally pleasant. Every single person we talked to was very nice, even sales people or staff that we weren't dealing with were quick to strike up a conversation and ask if we needed anything. We worked with the manager for part of the sale and he was excellent as was the finance team. There were multiple other people buying vehicles at the same time and we never felt like we were waiting because someone was too busy with them, furthermore, all the other people seemed to be just as happy as we were with their buying experience. After our purchase was finalized we had some commitments before we could trade our old vehicle in and take the new vehicle, Izzo stayed late to wait for us, he cleaned our new car, changed the license plates for us and make sure we understood everything about our vehicle. Izzo was awesome and I'm so glad we decided to stop by! Our experience at Stew Hansen Hyundai was much better than the other 3 dealers we were at that day and it's better than any experience I've had buying a car in a very long time. I will definitely recommend Stew Hansen Hyundai to anyone in the market for a vehicle and would certainly recommend they talk to Izzo! More
